 My favourite Lego activity was designing the cars because it was interesting to test it over and over again and modify them. 

My least favourite Lego activity was Mosaics because it was boring and I like working with a team.

The activity that tested my perseverance the most was making the cars because I kept on trying when it failed and tried to make it go further. 

The most challenging activity was mosaic because it was hard to put down the blocks and take them off again.

I enjoyed working collaboratively with others because it’s fun and faster to get things done.

My Play for the Gospel Reflection

This week we learned about the Gospel.  My friends and I made a play for the Gospel. 

The Gospel was about Jesus saying that we all need to serve others and that he is also our servant. I think that this is an important message because we can help others when they need it and it can also stop us from being greedy.

The Lighthouse

  The Lighthouse

Sitting at the dining table, the lonely LHK was  writing a story to his mother. 

The town is having a big party and the lighthouse keeper was very lonely. 

Suddenly the wind pushed a window open, then he heard a noise, he looked around but the noise was upstairs. 

He bolted up the stairs but he fell over. 

When he got up stairs the light went out and the town went silent. 

Lifting up the light he tripped and the light shattered. Staring in the distance he sees a big blue boat. 

He goes downstairs and when he opens the door the villagers are walking up the hill with lights. 

The big blue boat is struggling to see where it can go so the boat is going towards the hill and is about to crash. 

The villagers and the lighthouse keeper are going up to the top of the lighthouse with their lights, so the boat can see where it's going. 

The boat sees all of the lights, so the big blue boat turns away from the hill and everyone's happy and the villagers went crazy again. 

The villagers have lots of parties with the lighthouse keeper and no one was lonely. The end

 This week we learn about this persuasive writing and I had to write about Say NO to online school. I think that school should not be online.

Say NO to online school

I believe that we should not have online school all the time,it should be used when it is needed.

The hardest thing about online school is not being whit my friends. It is how to build friendships when you're not in the same place. Our school believes that we learn more from playing with my friends than sitting behind a chromebook.

If we have to go on Google Meets all out all the time I parents will go insane because we will be using the Internet and you think would be so slow and laggy. Plus the parents will get tired of kids arguing about about having to do their school work.

If we are not closer to teachers it will be hard for us to ask for help with our work. it is hard to communicate on Google it's because the internet and slow in this means we can miss some information and we will miss good learning.

Should school break time be longer?

Should school break time be longer?

I believe school break should be longer because it's good for education. 

Are school believe that we learn from playing. Playing teachers are to work as a team, this will help us to be good at collaboration. Working together will help us to be good listeners, good leaders and good followers.

When was outside we normally play ball games and best helps our hand-eye coordination. These skills help our brain to develop skills. Ball games helps us to learn communication.

Fresh aire helps our brain to function properly. My Mum tells me to go outside to clear the cobwebs, this means to take away all the fuzz from my brain from watching TV or been inside to long. longer play time will get the cobwebs out of our brain for learning time.

Should School Ban Junk Food?

In my opinion junk food should not be banned at school. Shouldn't we be able to have junk food sometimes? We should be able to bring what we want and we should have a choice. Who decides what is junk food anyway?

Just baning junk food all the times is not fair. My brain needs sugar. Did you know that chocolate is good for your brain power?

Who has the right to tell us what we bring to school?

We should be able to decide for our self. It is our choice and we Know what we like to eat.

I think that the people who decide what is junk food just don’t like it. They think it is bad for you but some food is helpful for your brain. 

In times of stress junk food can take you to your happy place.
